Scope of Services
Mostly Camrys provides automotive diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services specializing in Toyota and Lexus vehicles. Services are performed using a combination of OEM and equivalent quality parts unless otherwise specified. -
Estimates and Approvals
All estimates provided are for informational purposes only. Final pricing may vary based on parts availability, additional findings during inspection, or customer-approved changes.
A digital signature is required before any work can begin. Authorization can be provided easily through text message or email. Once received, your digital signature will appear on all related documents, including repair orders, estimates, and any approved additional work. No work will be performed without prior customer authorization. -
Authorization Notice
By digitally signing, you authorize Mostly Camrys to perform the approved services. Your signature will apply to all related documents, including estimates, repair orders, and any additional approved work. Authorization can be provided by text or email. -
Payment Terms
Payment is due in full at the time of vehicle pickup unless prior arrangements have been made. Mostly Camrys accepts major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Checks are not accepted under any circumstances. Failed payments are subject to additional fees. -
Diagnostic Charges
Diagnostic charges cover the time, testing, and expertise required to identify vehicle issues. These charges are non-refundable and are separate from repair costs unless otherwise stated in writing. -
Warranty
Mostly Camrys stands behind its work. We offer a 12-month/12,000-mile warranty on parts and labor unless otherwise noted. Warranty coverage applies only to repairs completed and paid for in full at Mostly Camrys. Neglect, abuse, modifications, or unrelated vehicle issues are not covered. -
Customer-Supplied Parts
Mostly Camrys does not warranty repairs performed with customer-supplied parts unless specifically agreed upon in writing prior to service. In most cases, we respectfully prefer not to install parts provided by the customer. Just as you wouldn't bring your own steak to a restaurant and expect the chef to guarantee the meal, we want to ensure the parts we install meet quality standards that protect both your vehicle and your investment. -
Storage and Abandonment
Vehicles left more than 5 business days after service completion without payment or pickup will incur a storage fee of $25 per day. Vehicles left for more than 30 days without communication may be considered abandoned and will be subject to legal remedies. -
Limitations of Liability
Mostly Camrys is not liable for pre-existing conditions, unrelated mechanical failures, or damages caused by neglect, misuse, accidents, or third-party interference after the vehicle leaves our care. -
Vehicle Inspection and Road Test
By leaving a vehicle for service, the customer grants permission to inspect, move, and road test the vehicle as necessary to complete diagnosis and repair. -
Agreement to Terms
By authorizing work with Mostly Camrys the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms of Service.
